Issue #0002

Remove excessive items I.E. port-a-bunker and port-a-forts

Leave the Infinity Blade in for now -- I believe it was a collision issue with the original heightmap -- new heightmap and bug test will verify if this was the case, otherwise, if the bug persists this item is set to be REMOVED**

Add a variety of random healing items

Add lobby options for item selection (One mode where AR and Shotgun slot are completely random, and another mode where players are able to select their own AR and their own shotgun).
